Takes a little bit of reading but makes significant changes to "heads of departments" within the school systems and in government. Of particular interest is page 5-6 and page 26 thru the end. I have to ask myself if there's an over-reach and is it out of control. Is this law being followed or is the law being interpreted differently than originally intended in order to fit a specific agenda. Has this law been misconstrued as giving free reign to teachers "in lieu of parents". What are those "other purposes"? October 17, 1979 letter from President Jimmy Carter (1977-1981) Statement on signing S210 into law.... Please read: https://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/documents/department-education-organization-act-statement-signing-s-210-into-law He spells it out rather clearly but I still find some ambiguity between his statement and the Act. Does it separate government from the school or doesn't it? Does it give more authority over children, programs, and health and welfare and to what degree? Exactly what are the health and welfare programs? It is suppose to promote parental awareness and inclusion in the available government programs. Are the schools including parents or has a work around been found? Many parents are opposed to the liberties that teachers are taking with their children. It might be helpful if they read this Act and write their Congress / Representatives.

"Although the White House did little to advertise these programs, Income-Driven Repayment (IDR) and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) have remained integral parts of the federal student loan system and are regular news items in the ongoing student debt crisis." 5/5/2022 0 Comments Stock market plungesOn news that Fed's issue rate hike with goal to help inflation.
Question: More like inflating their own pockets. Where does a 1100+ dive in the DOW alone help inflation? But surely promotes recession! Opinion: The Federal Reserve adding fuel to Biden's flames = loss of investment and retirement funds. That's it, smack us while we're down. WTG Brandon! Fed's excuse for helping out inflation is LAME - CAUSING MAJOR SELL OFFS IN ALL MARKETS. We know what this is really about.... and soon all digital monies will be theirs too. They kept telling us digital $$ was too volatile and unsafe and worth nothing. Now that people have been making $$$$$ off of it, they want in. F-Off already. |
